Following a request by SFS Group Public Company Limited in agreement with the Committees of the Convertible Bonds 1999/2004, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to suspend the trading of the Bonds from November 26, 2004 to December 26, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
This request was submitted for the protection of the investing public and the avoidance of any complications in the conversion and payment of bonds.
