Sharelink Financial Services Ltd announced that the 31 May 2001 is the exercise date of warrants 1999/2001. Based on the prospectus of the 28 February 2000, 2.100.000 bonus rights were issued to shareholders. As a result of the issue, the exercise price of the warrants is adjusted from 75 cents to 70 cents for a share of 20 cents nominal value, as the rights issue was not extended to warrant holders.
