With reference to the above issue and pursuant to the terms of the Company’s Prospectus dated June 29, 1999, we wish to announce the following:
1. The interest of the Convertible Bonds 1999/2004 for the year 2003 has been revised to 5.48% per annum.
The interest of the Convertible Bonds 1999/2004 of Sharelink Financial Services Limited for the year 2003 will be paid to the bond holders registered as at November 28, 2003 due to the fact that November 30 is Sunday.
Pursuant to the CSE Trading Rules, transactions carried out two days prior November 28, 2003, that is November 26 and 27 will be ex-interest. The interest will be paid to the bond holders as at December 31, 2003.
2. The Company decided not to exercise its right for the acquisition of all or part of the bonds as at December 31, 2003.
