Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Stario Portfolio Investment Company Ltd announces that the results for the year ended December 31, 2011 are expected to be lower than those of the corresponding period of 2010. This is mostly attributable to the drop in income from operations as the financial crisis affected the sectors that the Company is involved in. In addition, the closing of the restaurants in 2010 played an important role in the decline of the turnover.
