The Board of Top Kinisis Travel Ltd announced that it will be convening on the 29 May 2001 in order to examine, amongst other matters, the final audited results of the company for the fiscal year 2000, warrants issuance, to determine the date of the AGM and the possibility of buying back of the company of own shares in accordance with current legislation.
