At the meeting held on April 28, 2010, the Board of Directors of Top Kinisis Travel Public Limited decided the following:
1. Examined and approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009. The profit attributable to shareholders stands at €80,622 against €101,856 as it was announced in the indicative results. This drop resulted from the additional provisions for bad debts. The results are attached.
2. The Annual General Meeting will take place on June 16, 2010 at 11.00 am at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel in Limassol.
3. Decided to propose to the AGM the payment of a dividend of €0.003 per share of nominal value €0.34.
