At the meeting held on August 11, 2010, the Board of Directors of Top Kinisis Travel Public Ltd examined and approved the results for the six months ended June 30, 2010.
The results, which have been prepared pursuant to the International Accounting Standard 34, will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available free of charge at the Company’s registered office, 2 Leonidou & Acropoleos Avenue Corner, Strovolos, Nicosia.
Pursuant to paragraphs 25 and 27(5) part IV appendix F of the CSE Law and Regulations, the results will be published in newspaper “ALITHIA” on August 13, 2010.
