Triaina: Board meeting on 23/4 for final results 2011, dividend, AGM date and Interim Management Statement

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Triaina Investments Public Company Limited will meet on Monday, April 23, 2012 to:

1. Examine and approve the Annual Report, which includes the final audited results for the period ended December 31, 2011.

2. Examine and submit a proposal to the Annual General Meeting for the possible payment of a final dividend for 2011.

3. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting.

4. Examine and approve the Interim Management Statement for the first half of 2012, pursuant to the Transparency Requirements Law 2007 and 2009.
