We wish to inform you that the Extraordinary General Meetings for each one of the share classes took place on April 20, 2012 at Ellinas Court, 6 Theotoki, Nicosia. The shareholders of each one of the share classes (Income, Capital and International) approved unanimously the following special resolution:
Special Resolution: Amendment of Articles of Association
That the Company’s Articles of Association be amended with the write-off of regulation 33.1 and its replacement by the following new regulation 33.1:
“33.1 Unless the Company is dissolved earlier, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 2.6.4, its life will expire on August 31, 2017. For the purpose of this Articles of Association, the date of expiry is mentioned as terminal date.
As a result of the approval of the aforementioned resolution, no Extraordinary General Meeting will be held to propose a dissolution resolution. With the amendment of the Articles of Association, the terminal date is August 31, 2017.
