We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on Thursday, February 24, 2005, the Board of Directors of Triaina Investments Public Company Limited approved the indicative results for the year ended December 31, 2004. The results are attached, pursuant to the CSE Laws and Regulations.
The indicative results together with the explanatory report pursuant to Appendix F, Part IV paragraph 25, will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in newspaper “Alithia” on Saturday, February 26, 2005.
We also wish to inform you that Board member Makariou Holdings Limited has submitted its resignation from the Board of Directors due to other commitments.
