We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on February 17, 2006, the Board of Directors of Triaina Investments Public Company Limited approved the indicative results for the year ended December 31, 2005. The results are attached.
It is noted that:
1. The results for the year ended December 31, 2005 have not been audited by the external auditors of the Company.
2. The indicative results together with the explanatory report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in newspaper “Alithia” on Tuesday, February 21, 2006. Copies will be available at the Company’s registered office, Ellinas Court, 6 Theotoki, Ayios Antonios Nicosia.
The Board of Directors also examined the resignation of Mr. Ioannis Petsas, which has nothing to do with the Company. The Board of Directors accepted his resignation and thanked him for his contribution to the Company.
