We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Triaina Investments Ltd (the Company) held on July 23, 2003 examined and approved the un audited six-month results for the period ended 30.6.2003 in accordance with the CSE Laws and Regulations.
The six-month report that was prepared based on the International Accounting Standard 34 is attached.
The six-month results will not be send to the shareholders of the company but it will be available at the company’s office Ellinas Court, 6 Thotoki, Ayios Antonios, Nicosia with no cost.
Please note that the aforementioned Company results for the period ended 30.6.2003 will be published in Alitheia newspaper on Friday, July 25, 2003.
