We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Triaina Investments Public Co Ltd (the Company) on a meeting held on August 1, 2005 examined and approved the un audited six-month results for the period ended June 30, 2005, pursuant to the CSE Laws and Regulations.
The six-month report that was prepared based on the International Accounting Standard 34, the company’s investments which are higher than the 5% of company’s assets and the 10 biggest portfolio’s investments, as they were on June 30, 2005, are attached.
The six-month results will not be posted to the share holders but it will be available free of charge to the company’s office 6, Theotoki, Ellina Court, in Nicosia.
The six-month results will be published to the newspaper Alithia on Wednesday, August 3, 2005.
