At the meeting held on July 23, 2004 the Board of Directors of Vision International People Group Public Limited decided the following:
1. To classify the company in the main market and submit the relevant application pursuant to the CSE circular 7/2004.
2. The manager of the company Mr Kyriakos Kolokasides is authorized to sign, on behalf of the company, the application above, and the compliance officer Mrs Ismini A. Papacosta, to deliver the application to the CSE.
