With reference to the Announcement of Vision International People Group Public Limited on the 24th of November, 2010 concerning the liquidation of the Company’s subsidiary in Pavlodar city in Kazakhstan, namely VIP Pavlodar LLP, the Company would like to clarify that this consists part of the overall restructuring of the Group.
The current distributors of VIP Pavlodar LLP will be assigned to the other subsidiary of the Company in Kazakhstan namely Vision Asia LLP and they will be served directly through the Global Ordering System.
The liquidation procedure is expected to commence in February 2011.
