The total number of registrations of motor vehicles increased by 30.5% to 29.033 in January-August 2017, from 22.250 in the corresponding period of 2016, the Statistical Service reported on Friday.
It added that the registrations of passenger saloon cars increased by 30.4% to 23.996, from 18.399 in January-August 2016.
