The Council of Ministers met on Wednesday morning to examine the complementary budget of CYP 300 million, claimed to be debts attributable to the former government.
Finance Minister, Marcos Kyprianou, said that the complementary budget includes a retrospective pay increase for the civil servants and expenditure for defense and development projects that are in progress.
