BidX1: Registrations for upcoming property sale close on 7 July

Digital auction begins at 9am on 8 July

Property investment firm BidX1’s upcoming property sale is fast approaching, and the final date for interested bidders to pre-register is the 7th of July.The digital auction will begin the following day, 8 July. Bidding will open at 9am, when potential investors will bid for over 50 investment opportunities, both commercial and residential (https://bidx1.com/en/cyprus).

Commenting on the interest so far, Mr. Kritonas Onisiforou, Head of Property at BidX1 Cyprus, noted that the current catalogue has attracted attention from investors of all types as it comprises a wide selection ofproperties, across a range of price points.

“We are pleased to be offering a catalogue with options for every budget and preference”, mentioned Mr. Onisiforou. “Towards the higher end, a luxurious villa in Pareklisia, Limassol will open for bidding at €1.750.000. In addition, 13 apartments around Cyprus are available under €100.000 with the lowest reserve price starting from 40,000 EURO, for a one-bedroom apartment in Strovolos. Pre-registration is straight-forward and can be completed on the platform (https://bidx1.com/en/cyprus), or via the new BidX1 App, available to download for Android or iOS (https://bidx1.com/en/mobile). Bidders must submit proof of identity, proof of address,and provide a deposit. The deposit amount will depend on the reserve price on the property, which is the lowest price at which the property can be sold. Both the reserve price and deposit amount are clearly listed on each property. If the bidder is not successful on the day of the auction, they will receive a full refund of their deposit.
