Family Business Succession Planning: A growth plan for your family enterprise

Vital Importance seminars offer a great opportunity to organisations to train in areas of top priority. The HRDA offers up to a full subsidy for such seminars.

The workshop aims to offer an insight into the interwoven family; business and ownership issues that overshadow the survival and growth of family – owner-managed businesses and provide the steps on how to transform a stagnant family business into an entrepreneurial growth inspired business family.

• How to plan for growth balancing family values and business goals
• How to govern interwoven and conflicting matters shaping the development of the family business and business family
• How to craft a trans-generational succession plan that ensures family business continuity mastering entrepreneurial, managerial, leadership, ownership, financial and risk management matters

An additional in-house session offers the opportunity to discuss issues that concern the business in a more personal and private setting.

The Seminar will take place on Tuesday and Friday, 9 and 10 of June, at 8:30 pm at the CIIM Premises in Nicosia.

The workshop will be facilitated by Dr Panikkos Poutziouris, the Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the CIIM Business School (Cyprus) and Visiting Professor in Family Business Initiatives at Manchester Business School (UK).
