City of Dreams Mediterranean recruits Food & Beverage talent – successful candidates to receive paid training

City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe’s first integrated resort (IR) presented by Melco, is seeking talent to join its Food & Beverage team and to become part of one of the world’s leaders in premium integrated resorts.

As developer, owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe, Melco has been honored with seven Michelin-stars and 97 stars in Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) in 2022, testifying to its strengths in hospitality and the culinary arts.

Melco is seeking talent for positions including waiters, bartenders, and cooks. Successful candidates will receive 90 days of paid training designed in accordance to Melco’s highest industry standards. Those who join the Company will begin immediate paid employment upon commencement of their first training session.

Successful applicants will possess excellent people skills, be keen to strive for excellence and seek to offer memorable experiences to all guests.

The events will be held at Melco Cyprus’ Career Center at the Molos Area, Limassol, between 8am and 8pm. Candidates should bring along their CVs and be prepared for same day interviews to be conducted by qualified and experienced members of Melco Cyprus’ Talent Acquisition Team.

December’s career days follow successful events hosted by Melco in recent months as part of an employment drive to fill over 1,000 openings at City of Dreams Mediterranean. Positions range from trainee dealers, hosts, waiters, bartenders, cooks and restaurant managers to gaming machines attendants, animators and front operation agents. Numerous candidates have since accepted job offers and embarked on exciting careers in the hospitality and entertainment industry through previous events.
