The Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA) is organising it’s Annual Conference on Wednesday 11th May 2011 at the Hilton Cyprus Hotel. The CyHRMA Annual Conference is considered the most important event of the year for all who are involved in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in Cyprus.
The Keynote Speaker of the Conference will be Mr. Filippo Abramo, President – Elect, European Association of People Management (EAPM) speaking on «Trends of Change in the Human Resource Management Profession in Europe». Other distinguished speakers from the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, Greece and Cyprus will offer valuable knowledge, practical examples (case studies), tools and techniques for immediate implementation. The Programme includes topics such as Transforming HR into a Strategic Business Partner, Talent Management, Getting your Money’s Worth from Training and Development, Organisational Ethics and the role of the HR Professionals, Lessons from Best Workplaces, and others. A Panel Discussion in which distinguished personalities from the Cyprus community will participate, will discuss a topic of wide interest ”Brain Drain and Underutilised Human Capital”.
