Cyprus IT Forum 2021: Cyprus’ Leading IT Forum is back

Europe's leading IT event -The Cyprus IT Forum 2021- returns for the third time in Cyprus. The convention will take place on October 8th and 9th at Amara Hotel in Limassol and at the mountain resort The Land of Dreams, respectively.

The 3rd Cyprus IT Forum 2021 is a convention that allows business owners, investors and government officials to communicate and discuss collaboration opportunities as well as development prospects for making Cyprus one of the main business IT hubs in EU.

This Forum is an executive gathering of leading IT minds, entrepreneurs, and leaders of technology-driven and cross-industry companies with representation from over 15 countries, along with Cyprus-based policy makers and key representatives of local ecosystems. This strategic gathering incorporates a unique model that aims to provide vital intelligence-sharing, whilst enabling the interactivity and forging connections between the attendees and the chosen industry leaders and partners.

Mr. Kyriakos Kokkinos, Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, will attend to address the Forum. Among others, this year’s speaker-list includes Mr Antonis Polemitis, CEO of UNIC, Dr. Nikolas Mastroyiannopoulos, Chief Scientist of the RIF of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. George Campanellas, CEO of the Invest Cyprus, Mr. Alberto Betella, Co-founder at RSS.com, Mr. Andrey Fadeev, Co-founder of Nexters Global, and Mr Grigory Bakunov, VP of Technology Parimatch.

Mr Nikita Daniels, Organiser of Cyprus IT Forum mentioned that the convention’s mission is to develop the island’s progressive community and bring together like-minded people. “Cyprus is considered to be one of the newest digital hubs in Europe,” said Mr Daniels, “and the Cyprus IT Forum is its biggest event. Our goal is to bring, for the third time, all these great IT minds together in exchanging practical and effective ideas to generate creative and business-oriented IT products and investments. This will gradually place Cyprus on the global IT map.”

This year’s Cyprus IT Forum aims at highlighting Cyprus' potential and progressive approach in establishing its image as a strategically reputable business & IT center for global technology driven businesses, through its rapidly growing Research and Innovation ecosystem.
