New deadline for applications for EBRD’s Business Clinics Programme: 27 May 2019

Due to a number of requests by interested parties, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) announces the extension of the deadline for applications for participation in the Business Clinics Programme. Through this programme the EBRD offers early-stage enterprises - with less than 2 years of operations - with viable business ideas and business plans up to 32 free hours of individual coaching sessions with local or international experts. The new deadline is the 27thof May 2019.

The 30 new businesses that will be selected based on their eligibility to the programme will receive support in areas such as business strategy, marketing, operational excellence, financial management, as well as access to grants to secure business advisory services and potential financing opportunities by the EBRD.

Interested parties must provide a letter of expression of interest, describing their business idea, their current status and needs, and plans for the next 3 years, accompanied by the company’s legal certificates. All the information and eligibility criteria can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry (https://bit.ly/2IBul6P) or by contacting EBRD ASB Cyprus (+357 22 395 500-1, [email protected]).

The Business Clinics programme is offered within the framework of the Advice for Small Businesses (ASB), a three-year initiative implemented by the EBRD on behalf of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry since May 2017, to support Cypriot SMEs in improving competitiveness, strengthening performance and boosting growth. The programme is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
