Ermes Department Stores Plc, a member of the CTC Group, operating the Debenhams department stores in Cyprus through a franchise agreement, would like to clarify the following:

As it has beenmade known, the public company Debenhams Plc, registered in the United Kingdom, is under administration by its lenders. Following that, Debenhams announced thatthe underlying operations within the Debenhams Group are unaffected and will continue to trade as normal. It will also continue to implement its restructuring of the store portfolio in line with plans already outlined to secure a sustainable structure for the long term.

Ermes Group would like to inform the public that the department stores Debenhams Central, Debenhams at The Mall of Cyprus and at The Mall of Engomi in Nicosia, Debenhams Olympia and Debenhams Apollo in Limassol, Debenhams Zenon in Larnaka and Debenhams Korivos in Pafos continue their operations as normal and without interruption.
