EY Cyprus is pleased to share the latest Cyprus Tax Facts guide – in English – which provides information regarding the Cypriot tax system, based on current legislation and tax practices, in relation to the fiscal year 2019.

This publication includes a brief overview of the tax laws effective as of January 2019, in which all recent key changes to the tax code are incorporated. It contains facts and figures concerning natural and legal persons for the full range of tax laws, including income tax, capital gain tax and VAT. Furthermore, it includes an updated list of all double taxation agreements.  

The electronic version of the 2019 Cyprus Tax Facts is also available on our website. In the coming weeks we will also upload a Greek and Russian version.
