EFCN is a non-profit private school founded in 2012 by the French and the Cypriot governments  on the basis of the  bilateral agreement between Cyprus and France  of 1969.

One of the school’s objectives is to provide an education based on values such as equality, humanism and cultural diversity. It encourages critical thinking, understanding, tolerance and coexistence.

The school is part of the International network of French schools AEFE (Agence pour l’enseignement francais a l’etranger) which is the largest educational network in the world with 535 Schools in 139 countries. The main language of instruction is French, and students can choose between either French or bilingual academic programmes. In the bilingual programme, students are taught in both French and Greek. Our students prepare for the French Diploma of Baccalaureate which allows for free access to all Universities of France along with all Global Higher Education InstitutionsAdditionally, all our students are taught English, and from the age of 12 they have the option to learn either German or Spanish. A major educational objective of the AEFE schools is to have graduates with the use  of at least 4 languages.

There will be presentations by teachers, guided tours of the premises, information about the extracurricular activities offered by the school and specific details about the launching of the Branch in Limassol for the academic 2022-2023 year.
