Giovani Group’s new investment to be in Nicosia

Residential project featuring five luxury, whole-floor apartments in the area of Lykavitos

Giovani Group is extending its business activities to the capital, with the construction of the contemporary residential project Monogram Residences in Lykavitos. The project will be located on Dimitsanis and Methonis Street, which is a prime location, in close proximity to the Nicosia city centre.
