Hadassah Health Park: The new medical development in Nicosia

The Design and Planning process of the largest Healthcare Development in Cyprus is in full speed

H.C. Management of Medical Center PLC (MMC) (www.hcmedicalcenter.com), in collaboration with Hadassah Medical Ltd (https://www.hadassah.org.il/), a subsidiary of the renowned medical organisation, Hadassah Medical Organisation, are swiftly proceeding with the design of the emblematic and innovative Hadassah Health Park in Nicosia.

The development, which will be at the forefront of Medicine and Rehabilitation services both locally and regionally, is located in Nicosia, with easy access to the Limassol and Larnaca highways.

MMC has appointed the leading architectural firms ADP Architecture (https://www.adp-architecture.com/)  in the U.K. and Spector Amisar Architects (https://www.spector-amisar.com/) of Israel, as well as the local architects ENA pros EKATO (CONSTANTI ARCHITECTS) (https://constantiarchitects.com/),  to collaborate for designing the medical facilities. These will include a High-Specialty Hospital as well as Centers of Excellence.  

The global industrial construction giant Bouygues Batiment International (https://www.bouyguesbatimentinternational.com)  is also participating to the project as an advisor and will be actively involved in the design of both the Medical and Accommodation plans with high investment interest.

Applications for all necessary permits are underway and construction is expected to begin immediately once the relevant approvals are obtained within 2021.
