Investing in Cities: Shaping the Future

The Urban Land Institute Greece & Cyprus organises a seminar with the topic “Investing in Cities: Shaping the Future on Friday, 23 September 2011 in Athens. Difficult times are leading to the development of new models of public-private collaboration, and a stronger focus on the enabling framework required for investment.

This conference will explore how these tools are creating value for cities, investors and developers. What are the practical tools that cities are using and can they be adopted by Greek Cities?

Τhe main speakers of the seminar include the Minister of Tourism Mr Pavlos Geroulanos, the Mayor of Athens Mr George Kaminis, the Urban Planning and Development Adviser for European Investment Bank Mr Brian Field as well as number of prominent industry professionals.
