KPMG in Cyprus announces its partnership with Energy Intel

KPMG in Cyprus and Energy Intel have signed a partnership agreement for the provision of the innovative, energy-efficient solution, Pay Green.

Based on the agreement, both companies will work collaboratively to install two photovoltaic modules both at KPMG buildings in Nicosia and Limassol, with a total capacity of 100 KWp. KPMG photovoltaic installations are expected to produce 156.000 KWh per year, while saving 109.200 tons of CO2.

Commenting on the collaboration, Ms. Eugenia Herodotou, Chief Executive Officer of Energy Intel, stated: “It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that we join forces with the team of KPMG in Cyprus. We feel confident that this partnership will enhance the future prospects of the Pay green solution we are offering.”

On behalf of KPMG in Cyprus, the CEO of the Firm, Mr. Christos Vasiliou, stated: “Within the framework of our KPMG Impact Plan that is being implemented on a global level, we commit to our target to become a net-zero carbon organisation by 2030 and to achieve 100% renewable electricity. We are excited to embark into this collaboration with Energy Intel, which will supplement our organisation's efforts to save energy while taking one more step towards protecting the environment in which we operate.”
