MeritKapital Limited (MK), a CySEC licensed investment firm (license no. 077/06) is very pleased to announce its registration on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) through which it will render custody services at the Central Securities Depository and Central Registry of the CSE.
As the first Cyprus investment firm to attain custodian registration, MK is now able to offer settlement and custody services for privately placed or listed securities on the CSE.
