New Chief Operating Officer for MTN

MTN, as part of its strategy to continuously upgrading its services, strengthens its team with a new Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Anwar Soussa. Mr Soussa will be heading the MTN Stores & Customer Experience Division and support customer experience and quality of service.

Mr. Soussa’s more than 14 years of experience in the telecoms sector in North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Pacific will contribute significantly to the company's effort to offer even more to its customers.

Anwar Soussa has worked with companies like Digicel and Orascom Telecom – Vimpelcom as Commercial Director in Oceania and Africa. At the same time he worked in the central management of Orascom as part of the team responsible to supervise the Group’s works all over the world including Wind Hellas and Wind Italy. He has a Master of Science in Administration from Concordia University, Montreal and a Bachelor of Science from Deree College, Greece. He speaks Greek, English, Arabic and French.

With Mr. Soussa’s addition, MTN is committing to make customer service in MTN Stores, the Call Centre and online an excellent experience for its customers.
