Online Conference by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’), wishes to inform the public that, in line with the Directive for the Beneficial Ownership Register of Express Trusts and Similar Legal Arrangements (the “Directive”), CySEC has developed an online platform  for the Beneficial Ownership Register of Express Trusts and Similar Legal Arrangements (the ‘CyTBOR’), as per article 61C(4)(a) of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law of 2007 (the ‘AML/CFT Law’).

Based on the above, interested parties and specifically persons acting as trustees, are invited to participate in a dedicated workshop that will present the basic functions of CyTBOR. The workshop will be held online and will be broadcasted live on November 12, 2021, Friday from 10:00 – 13:00 pm. Interested parties are called to register via the below link:
