Property Gallery: A Year in Review

The close of every year marks a time to look back and reflect on the past year’s achievements. Leading Limassol property developer, Property Gallery, is pleased to share some of its proudest moments from 2019, one of the company’s most successful years. In 2019, Property Gallery broke ground with innovative new projects, received numerous international rewards, and teamed up with various local sports teams and charities, in an effort to give back to the local community. As we head into 2020, we take a look back at the milestones Property Gallery has seen this past year.

Property Gallery is committed to selecting projects that are ambitious and eye-catching, with a focus on quality and design. The company offers luxury residential properties in some of Limassol’s most prime neighbourhoods, state-of-the-art commercial buildings with well- equipped facilities for forward-thinking business, and mixed-use buildings that combine modern office space with luxury, comfortable accommodation. This year has seen construction begin on a number of such prestigious projects, including the highly-awarded Dream Tower; the ultra-modern mixed-use Nereus Tower; the commercial building Avenue 15, set in the heart of the bustling city of Limassol; and a number of residential buildings, including Z Residences, Venera Residences, Caelia Residences& 3 ultra-modern developments near Dasoudi Beach -Omega Residences, Alfa Residences and Delta Residence, all in prime locations across Limassol.

As a result of the company’s innovative new projects and extremely high-quality standards, Property Gallery was honoured with a total of six awards and three nominations at the International Property Awards, competing against some of the best property professionals across Europe. Prized project Dream Tower garnered three separate awards, including Best Residential High-rise Architecture, and Best Residential High-rise Development. Three of the company’s other projects, Z Residence, Avenue 15, and Venera Residences, also received awards. 

This past year, Property Gallery had the privilege of attending anumber of worldwide expos, exhibitions & most famous luxury European Professional events – in Monaco, Cannes, China & Hong Kong, Russia & Ukraine, Mumbai, some other countries and local significant business events.These events, which focused on the investment and real estate sectors both in Cyprus and abroad, allowed the company to showcase its prizewinning products as well as its opportunities for investment.

In its ongoing efforts to make positive contributions to the local community, Property Gallery is also proud to have participated in the Four Seasons Hotel Annual Charity Event for the eighth consecutive year, bringing together families and their children for a day of festive activities in the run up to the holidays. All proceeds from the tickets went towards helping local underprivileged families. Property Gallery has also proudly lent its name to two local sports teams this past year, offering support as the main sponsor of the Apollon Women’s Volleyball Team, and the Cyprus National Karate Team of cadets, juniors and U21, participating in the XI World Karate Championships 2019 in Santiago, Chile. Finally, this year Property Gallery has also signed on as a Gold Sponsor of the Autolife Team, the Cyprus off-road international racing team that’s set to compete in the Dakar Rally 2020 in South America.

2019 was a productive, eventful year for Property Gallery, one that would not have been made possible without the tireless work of its team of experts, and the support of its valued clients, both in Cyprus and abroad. The company is looking ahead towards an even bigger, better 2020.
