PwC trainee accountant achieves significant worldwide distinction

Demos Ioannou achieved the ICAEW First Place in the subject "Strategic Business Management"

Demos Ioannou, a trainee accountant of PwC Cyprus achieved the highest score in the world in the ICAEW exams that took place in November 2021. More specifically, Demos Ioannou achieved first place worldwide in the subject of "Strategic Business Management" and was awarded the Walton Prize.

In statements during the award ceremony in the presence of PwC’s CEO Evgenios Evgeniou and Head of People Anna Loizou, Mr Evgeniou noted that such distinctions make us feel proud as they reflect the talent of young people in our country and at the same time confirm the high quality of education and training provided by the organisation.
