DEFA receives six offers for advisory services in support of its business plan

Six financial operators have tendered offers as part of a tender launched by the Public Natural Gas Company (DEFA) for advisory services to support its business plan, DEFA announced on Friday.

In a press release, DEFA said the tender was completed today, April 23, with their unsealing.
 
The offers concern the provision of legal, commercial and financial consulting services to DEFA and its subsidiary, ETYFA (Natural Gas Infrastructure Company), in order to support the business plan of the organisation for the following years, DEFA said.
 
According to the press release, the interest shown through the participation in the tender, fully satisfies the organisation that received 6 offers, which are evaluated based on the requirements and procedures of the tender and the regulations governing public procurement.
 
Offers were submitted through the e-procurement system by the following interested financial operators:
 
1.    NEXIA POYIADJIS
2.    Hogan Lovells
3.    Morgan Lewis
4.    Baker Botts LLP
5.    Clyde and Co LLP
6.    EY LLP
