International joint venture undertakes adviser's role for DEFA business plan

An international joint venture undertakes the adviser`s role for the Natural Gas Public Company (DEFA) business plan.

DEFA announced on Thursday that the "Request for Proposal for the Provision of Legal - Commercial - Financial Advisor  Services" to the company and its subsidiary Natural Gas Infrastructure Company (ETYFA) was awarded to the joint venture comprising ERNST & YOUNG LLP, PAMBORIDIS LLC, KESTREL ENERGY SOLUTIONS LTD and RWT ENERGY ADVISORY LIMITED.

A total of six tenders were submitted. The invitation to tender opened on February 23, 2021 and closed on April 23, 2021.

"We are particularly happy that this joint venture which has expertise and an advanced knowhow will support the business plan of DEFA and ETYFA, a plan with significant challenges," Chairman of the organisations, Symeon Kassianides, said.
