The total sales of petroleum products in September 2019 recorded a rise of 10.5% compared to the previous month.
According to the Statistical Service of the Republic of Cyprus, an increase was recorded in the provisions of Gasoil for Marine Use, as well as in the sales of Kerosene, Gasoil, Asphalt, Heavy and Light Fuel Oil, Liquefied Petroleum Gases and Gasoil Low Sulphur.
On the contrary, a small decrease was recorded in the sales of Motor Gasoline, as well as in the provisions of Aviation Kerosene. The total stocks of petroleum products at the end of the month recorded a rise of 5.9% compared to the previous month.
During the period January – September 2019, the total sales of petroleum products recorded an increase of 1.3% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
