Shacolas Group announced changes in the staffing of its subsidiaries.
According to an announcement, Mr. Giorgos Aneliades has become the Executive Chairman of Ermes Department Stores Plc and Mrs. Eleni Shacola Deputy Executive Chairwoman and shares representative of the company. Mr. Nicos Karakoidas has been appointed as new General Manager.
Mr. Demetris Demetriou became Chairman of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc in succession to Mr. Renos Solomides, who submitted his resignation voluntarily.
Mr. Marios Panayides became Executive Chairman of ITTL Trade Tourist and Leisure Park Plc in succession to Mr. Kyriacos Christofis, who submitted his resignation voluntarily.
Messrs. Makis Constantinides and Demetris Demetriou were appointed as new members of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Limni Resorts and GolfCourses Plc.
By decision of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nicos Shacolas is Honorary Life Chairman of Ermes Department Stores Plc, Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc and ITTL Trade Tourist and Leisure Park Plc. As noted, both he and Mr. Marios N. Shacolas will continue to have a leading role in the activities of all companies.
