The meeting of Cyprus Airways for the strengthening of the Group’s capital base has been postponed.
According to an announcement released today, the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for February 16, 2012 for the strengthening of the Company’s capital base has been postponed until the conclusion of the deliberations with the government, as major shareholder. The issue will be discussed at a meeting of the Board of Directors to take place on February 23, 2012. After the meeting, the Company will release the relevant announcements.
