Cyprotels and Astarti Development had a meeting with Bank of Cyprus and the appointed Receivers/Managers on Monday.
According to their announcement, it has been discussed and decided that all parties will cooperate to prepare a diagnostic review, which will demonstrate the Company’s ability to meet its financial obligations.
At the same time, it became clear that the operations of the Group will continue smoothly by the Receivers/Managers and any further decisions will be taken after the completion of the above study, which has already commenced and is expected to be completed within a short period of time.
