Aspis Holdings will hold an Extraordinary Genera Meeting on November 5 to examine the change of the Company’s name.
According to an announcement released today, “It has been decided that the Company will change its name from ASPIS HOLDINGS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD to ADVANTAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS PLC”.
The Company decided to change its name after the latest developments in Greece and the suspension of the operating license of the insurance companies of Aspis Group.
