Cyprus Airways received a new Airbus A319 last night at Larnaca Airport, the second one the company bought. The first was received in April.

The national air carrier's Press and Public Affairs Director, Tasos Angelis, told CNA that the new airplane has 126 seats, is fully upgraded and will carry out scheduled flights to Greece and Europe.

Angelis added that "we will rent two new 295-seater Airbus A330," which will carry out scheduled flights to London and other cities in Europe.

The two A330s are expected to arrive in December and January, thus wrapping up Cyprus Airways plans to obtain new aircraft for the time being.
