The future of the new revised document submitted by the Labour Ministry conciliatory service recently appears fairly gloomy, since the Cyprus Airways five trade unions do not seem to be satisfied with its provisions.

According to StockWatch sources, SIPKA (flight attendants) will possibly reject the revised proposal, while SIDIKEK-PEO has expressed its reservations.

Similarly, SINIKA-SEK has expressed its disagreement on the new improved proposal, while SINIKA General Secretary, Andreas Pierides told StockWatch that the trade union has decided to send a letter to the Manager of the conciliatory service, Charalambos Kolokotronis to request further negotiations on the revised document.

Mr. Pierides stressed the need for the Company’s presence in the new round of talks.

Meanwhile, the General Secretariat of ASYSEKA (mechanical engineers) will meet on Tuesday afternoon to evaluate the revised document of the Labour Ministry and decide on its acceptance or rejection.
