Demetra Investments announced on Tuesday that it has become actively involved in the sector of land development and properties in Romania.
According to the announcement, Demetra Investments Public Ltd proceeded to the establishment of subsidiary Demetra Investment Public S.R.L., with a participation of 100% in its issued capital.
“Demetra Investment Public S.R.L. is a limited liability company registered in Romania. The newly established company will be actively involved in the sector of land development and properties in Romania”, the announcement reported.
Its administrators will be Messrs. Evangelos Georgiou and Nicos Michaelas.
“The share capital that has been issued for the establishment of the company stands at RON 36.302 (€10,000) and it is 2,593 shares of nominal value RON 14 each”, it added.
“The establishment of the Romania company falls within the framework of the enforcement of the Strategic Plan, which has been approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 15, 2005”, the announcement concluded.
