Demetra out of Chapo

Demetra Investments proceeded with the sale of its shareholding in Charilaos Apostolides. Specifically, the Company sold 3.4 million shares that correspond to 6.83% of its share capital against €239,050.

The buyer was Mr. Neophytos Milordos, the wife of who already holds 0.17% of the share capital of CHAPO.
