L. Christofi resigned

Aspis Managing Director, Lambros Christofi, withdrew from the Boards of Directors of the public and private companies he participated in, including Aspis Holdings.

According to newspaper “Phileleftheros”, Mr. Christofi announced to Aspis Holdings staff on Thursday that he handed in his resignation to Chairman, Pavlos Psomiades, on Wednesday via a letter, which was read to the remaining Board members.

Same sources reveal that Mr. Christofi also sent a resignation letter to the Boards of Leda Investments, Laser Investments, Options Cassoulides and Athos Diamond, as well as the Boards of seven private companies.

However, according to sources close to his professional environment, Mr. Christofi decided to hand in his resignation to devote to his family and to deal with the investments that he and his family has in several sectors. The insisted that there was no professional disagreement with the rest of the members of Aspis Holdings or with the sale of shares of Universal Life.

The Board of Directors of Aspis Holdings already proceeded with the appointment of Leda Investments Managing Director, Giorgos Constantinou, as Executive Board member.
