Pandora Investments announced today the start of the works of the 1st Phase of Neapolis project of 1,000 sq. meters at Geroskipou.
According to the announcement, “to adopt the 1st Phase of the project, Paphos Plantations (S.M.K) Ltd and its subsidiaries Neapolis Health Care Ltd and Iasis Medical Center of Paphos (Holdings) Ltd agreed with Bank of Cyprus Public Ltd a funding of €171 million”.
“The 1st Phase of Neapolis project includes the construction of the specialized Neapolis Medical Centre with a capacity of 110 beds, the construction of houses for assisted living, the improvement of IASIS Hospital with the inauguration of a fully-equipped Oncology Ward, the start of works for a business park and the construction of all infrastructure projects”, it concluded.
