The government will guarantee a loan of £30 million, which will be granted to Cyprus Airways by April 20. “Within the next two weeks the EU will approve the loans that will support the national carrier”, Transport Minister, Haris Thrasou said.
The Minister also stated that the Company has six months to present its action plan in order to take a higher loan that will cover the loan for the survival of the carrier”.
