The results of Logicom in the first quarter of 2009 are expected to be lower. According to an announcement released on Tuesday, “Due to the negative impact from the variation of the exchange rate of the US dollar against the euro, the results for the first quarter of 2009 will be lower than the corresponding results of 2008. The operating profit will remain at the same level”.
LOG achieved profits of €5.9 million in 2008 against €7.7 million in 2007. In the first quarter of 2008, its profits stood at €2.9 million.
